I’m having so much fun. Tomorrow is the last day of the blog challenge, and I don’t know if I’m ready for it to be finished. I do look forward to getting some rest and not having to worry when I go somewhere after work that I won’t get home in time to write something and get it published.
But I’m concerned I won’t keep up with it like I should. I’m in the habit of writing every day right now; what will happen when I take one night off? Will I jump back into writing the next night, or will I treat this whole thing like it’s another item crossed off my to-do list?
I’ve made a bunch of new acquaintances and I’ve had a large number of hits for just little ole me. So, I think this writing thing isn’t working out so badly. I plan to keep writing, and I hope you keep coming back. Thank you, everyone reading this, for supporting my site. Thank you for the laughs and the tears and the memories.
And thank you to Dr. Jeanette Cates for hosting this challenge. I vowed to write every day for the 30 days. Given the successful completion of tomorrow’s post, I will have written every day for 30 days. I didn’t stockpile my posts. I didn’t cheat. I met my goal and even surprised myself.
Thank you, readers and commenters!
